Lextar to Debut LED Smart Lighting with Wireless Control

A Series of CCT Adjustable and Dimmable LED Flat Panel Lights All to Debut in LED Lighting Taiwan 2011

Lextar introduces its LED smart lighting by wirelessly controlling the flat panel lights to be CCT adjustable and dimmable. A series of LED flat panel light fixtures including circular and rectangular ones, will be launched in the LED Lighting Taiwan 2011 starting from the 14th to 16th of this month.

 

A special experience zone of LED Smart Lighting will be available on the Exhibition floor. Visitors may control their lighting environment according to different occasion and mood, with Bluetooth and Android systems from a tablet or mobile device. Lextar’s R&D teams have been working on developing an Android OS based smart lighting control firmware for smooth dimming and color temperature control. With its flat panel lights based soft and lighting environment, Lextar is bring LED lighting into a new application field.

 

In addition, Lextar presents its next-generation LED light fixture applications: a series of flat panel lights including circular and rectangular ones. Featuring compactness and uniformly flat light sources, flat panel lights provide designers with innovative lighting creativeness when applied in various lighting fixture designs of chandeliers and wall and floor lamps as well as in interior decorations. Lexar’s rectangular flat panel lighting fixtures bear dimming and color temperature adjustment functions. The complete product line include sizes from as small as 7 inch for table lamp application, to as large as 1.2 meter main indoor lighting applications, with high brightness, efficiency, and excellent uniformity. With its up to 65 lm/W high efficiency, which is more than 30% higher compared with current LED flat panel lights, and CE-, UL-, and PSE- compliances, it is highly welcome in the North America and EU markets. In additional, the circular and ultra thin flat panel light features a mere 1.7cm thickness with direct type LED technology.

 

Lextar’s Chariman Dr. David Su says the theme of Lextar’s booth in the exhibition is “Smart Lighting, Amazing Life”. Lextar is devoted to charge into the smart lighting control field and to bring the LED lighting into the next generation with a QCC* oriented technological direction.
